Katarina grew up in Norway, and moved to London to become a filmmaker and actress when she was 19. Norway and its nature influenced her healthy principles heavily and saw a great need for Athese principles in Britain(and elsewhere), and so alongside her filmmaking/acting career she wrote multiple blogs on health, nutrition and skincare, finally culminating in the foundation of Balanse, to bring Scandinavian work/life balance to the world.
